Werner is one of the oldest cafes in Estonia and has an important place in Estonian cultural history. Werner has always been a favorite place for Tartu intellectuals, especially the teachers and students of the University of Tartu. On the second floor of Werner’s cafe, there is a restaurant, the menu consists of local and international dishes made from domestic ingredients.
