A unique dinner featuring wines from Luxembourg winery Domaine Desom, presented by family friend of the Desom family, Ants Anupõld.

Chef’s Table Dinner by Terra x Karl Pajussaar | Keskpark, Vabaduse pst 1c
During the Tartu Food and Wine Festival, Terra will host a pop-up Chef’s Table in the city centre park – a two-hour dining experience for just 16 guests at a time. In the heart of the festival atmosphere, guests gather around one long table to enjoy a menu created by Karl Pajussaar, paired with exceptional grower champagnes from small producers.

18:30 Five-course dinner featuring Spanish-inspired cuisine paired with wines and vermouths from DeMuller Winer | Vint Wine Bar, Ülikooli 7
A special dinner experience where the paired beverages will be presented by a representative of the winery visiting directly from Spain. The dishes will be accompanied by snacks and side dishes from different regions of Spain.

This is a public event. The organizer will be taking photos, videos, and audio recordings during the event and will share them with participants as well as on public media channels. The materials may also be used in Tartu city’s marketing and communication materials.
